How does the free trial work?

Open Sky Power TV in a browser and pick an airport. There's no signup and no card. The trial runs for 7 days on that device. After that, you'll see a sign-in screen with the subscription options.

What happens when the trial ends?

The screen asks you to sign in and subscribe. Nothing is charged automatically, because we never asked for a card. You only pay if you choose to subscribe.

How do I sign in?

With your Google or Microsoft account, through our secure sign-in page at auth.skypowerservices.com. On a TV, the screen shows a short code and a QR code, and you approve it on your phone. No typing passwords with a remote.

Can I watch on more than one screen?

Each subscription plays on one screen at a time. If you open it on a second screen, the first one pauses with a message saying it's playing elsewhere. You can take it back from either screen. For several TVs, get one subscription per screen.

What is the feeder rate?

If you run the free ADSBiq Feeder on a Windows PC with a receiver and share live aircraft data with our network, Sky Power TV is $9 a month instead of $99. Your feeder needs to see at least 5 different aircraft a day on the ground at an airport (on runways, taxiways or the ramp), averaged over the last 7 days, so it needs to be on or near an airfield. One feeder covers one screen. Subscribe, then enter your feeder ID on your account page. Once we confirm it, the $9 rate starts at your next billing date.

What if my feeder goes offline?

We check the 7-day average before each billing date. If it falls below 5 aircraft a day on the ground, we'll email you and give you 7 days to get it back up before the regular price applies.

I already run a feeder. Can I point it to you?

Yes. Sky Power TV's live data comes from our ADSBiq network, and existing feeders can join in a few minutes. On a Raspberry Pi or Linux box with readsb or dump1090, run our installer (curl -fsSL https://adsbiq.com/install.sh -o install.sh, look it over, then sudo bash install.sh). It adds an outbound feed alongside your other networks. If you use ADSB.im or Ultrafeeder, ADSBiq is already in the aggregator list: just switch it on. To set it up by hand, send Beast to feed.adsbiq.com:30004 and MLAT to feed.adsbiq.com:31090. Then email us your feeder ID to get the $9 feeder rate. Feeder help

What's in the $75 receiver kit?

Everything you need to start feeding from a Windows PC, shipped to you in the US. Order one here.

Can I return the kit?

Yes. If it doesn't work out, return the kit within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full kit price. Email [email protected] first and we'll send return instructions.

Which airports work?

1,280 airports worldwide, 581 of them in the US, including most US airline airports and many general aviation fields. Type your airport code on the pricing page to check. If yours is missing, ask us to add it. Live traffic comes from Sky Power's own ADS-B network, so coverage is best where our feeders are. Low and ground traffic needs a receiver near the field.

What do I need to run it?

Any TV with a small PC running Chrome and an internet connection. You can also watch in a browser on your computer. It's designed for 1080p and 4K screens.

How are blocked aircraft handled?

Aircraft on the FAA LADD blocklist are filtered out before traffic reaches the screen. If the blocklist can't be read, all traffic is hidden rather than risk showing a blocked tail.

My airport isn't listed. Can you add it?

Usually, yes. Sky Power TV already covers more than 1,700 airports, including every US airport with airline service. If yours is missing, send us its code (like KTEX) and we'll let you know when it's live, usually within a few days.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, from your account page. Your screen keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Is my data private?

We collect the minimum needed to run the trial and your subscription. Payments are handled by Square, and we never see your full card or bank details. Read our privacy policy.
